Wasteman Holdings, a portfolio company of Marlow Capital, has agreed to purchase the business and assets of Four Arrows Investments, a supplier of commercial and industrial sonar, laser and camera-based pipe inspection technologies in South Africa, including its association with Redzone Robotics, the sonar technology provider. No financial terms were disclosed.
Sean Meyersfeld, acting Chief Executive of Wasteman and Director of Marlow, said, “This transaction gives Wasteman immediate strategic and financial benefits. Financially, the transaction is expected to be accretive to Wasteman’s EBITDA and cash flow in 2013 and beyond. Strategically, it provides Wasteman with the opportunity to enhance its pipe inspection capabilities and offering to clients using state-of-the-art and exclusive technology”.
